How many Hortiwool pads do you get in a Pouch?
You will receive 5 pads in each Pouch set. Of course, you can order as many pouches as you like in one go!
How many Hortiwool Hanging Basket Liners do you get in a set?
You will receive 2 pads in each set. Of course, you can order as many liners as you like in one go!
Is the Hortiwool pad 100% British Wool?
Yes all of our Hortiwool pad are made with 100% British Wool.
Where is Hortiwool made?
We are a UK based company (in Staffordshire), and all our Hortiwool products are manufactured in the UK and we are very proud of this fact!
Why is the Wool I received this time a different colour?
As our Wool is a 100% natural material, the colour you receive may vary.
The Hortiwool Pad smells like Wool!
It sure does! Our Wool is washed and scoured to ensure any 'sheepy' contamination is removed. To remove the smell we would have to add nasty chemicals, which would negate its natural properties. Of course, we love the smell, as what better way is there to prove our product is 100% natural?!

Dispatch & Delivery
How much is delivery?
Delivery is charged at £4.94, however if you spend over £50 with us, then delivery is completely free. We openly charge delivery so you know what you are paying for.
What company do you use for deliveries?
We have partnered with DPD to ship your Hortiwool products out to you.
Do I need to be in to accept the delivery?
If you can ensure a complete and correct address is supplied, along with a correct phone number for contact, we will do all we can to ensure the delivery arrives safely. If the recipient is unable to accept delivery, DPD will endeavour to leave it in a safe place or with a neighbour/co-worker.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to mainland UK, but we are working on expanding this network in the near future.
Can I buy Hortiwool in a store?
Our range is available in Garden Centres across the UK and beyond! Drop us a message with your location and we can advise of you closest stockist.
